Get your medical/scheduling/call center experience and move on. This company does not want you to advance unless they like you and feel like they can afford to move you. There are also short lunches/breaks that get interrupted (sometimes you have to work through them). The whole company has shortages in every department. Applying for a different position is difficult often one is told no and to stay where they were at indefinitely due to lack of employees. Some employees asked to be demoted/transferred after some issues occurred and was told that it was impossible for due to shortages of employees. Every call is expected to be answered, even if it's end of shift with 1 minute left, and there is no overtime given even for that last minute call that sometimes lasts for 30mins depending on the patient and what they need. Bad or lazy workers are overlooked because of the employee shortage unless they do something bad with a patient. Favored coworkers do not work much/given a pass.

Changes in policies are last minute and constant. Bad insurance, sick days, hardly any PTO, no overtime unless approved in advance, overworked, undermanaged. Terrible company and benefits Poor training.
